We are seeking talented, experienced individuals that are seeking extra income while having an excellent work-life balance. This would be for an in-office position. We deal with high-end clientele both in the office and over the phone, so professionalism is key. The position(s) are part-time Monday-Friday (10 am-2 pm or 2 pm - 6 pm) and we are seeking a professional, courteous attitude to ensure that we provide the best experience possible for our members.

Our office is located at the Genesis Health Club - Orlando Sportsplex, right off I-4.

Pay is hourly plus performance-based bonuses paid every week (this position is NOT outbound sales)

• Troubleshooting website and login issues
• Account upkeep and maintenance
• Assisting Individuals with domestic and international bookings over the phone of all types (hotels, condos, car rental, airfare, cruises, etc.)
• Online walkthroughs of the travel club website

• Customer Service (face-to-face or over the phone)
• Travel Booking experience
• Account Maintenance
• Basic Troubleshooting knowledge
• Sales experience a plus, but not mandatory
