- The ideal candidate for the Outside Sales Representative (Account Executive) positions will be high energy, goal oriented and driven to win!
- Gather information from clients and qualify them prior to moving them forward in the sales pipeline so that we are able to provide an organized and efficient sales process
- Use our CRM to regularly follow-up with customers to ensure we have up-to-date information to move through the sales process
- Negotiate and effectively communicate details to facilitate successful transactions
- Produces sales reports on a monthly and quarterly basis to ensure all sales goals are met
- A problem solver who pinpoints the needs of our clients and offers them solutions to promote a high level of comfort and trust with our client base
- Follow scripts to deliver the team value proposition and handle objections to demonstrate the professionalism and integrity that our team prides itself on
- You are in your element working with others and have great communication skills
- Possesses relationship building skills, able to uncover client needs and find new sales opportunities
- You are a natural organizer, everything in its place and your time management skills are spot on
