• Create a competitive analysis, identify industry and product trends, and position our brand as the clear and obvious choice
• Meet or surpass the monthly quota for sold business and lead requirements/ revenue-generating activities
• Initiate outgoing cold calling and emailing to potential customers, schedule in-person sales appointments, and follow up on client requests for information
• Pinpoint and overcome potential obstacles such as competition, pain points, budgets, and timelines by qualifying your prospective customers quickly and thoroughly
• Close the deal after creating, presenting, and negotiating a solution to your prospects

• Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers
• Prospect and contact potential customers
• Reach agreed-upon sales targets by the deadline
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
• Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of the latest developments in their project
• Advancement from within with multiple opportunities for management and other leadership roles
• 25% internal leads/ 75% self-generated (prospecting)

• Prefer a minimum of 2+ years in outside sales experience
• Stellar communication, presentation, persuasion, interpersonal, and negotiating skills
• Team-focused, organized, self-starter with an orientation towards service, detail, problem-solving, and deadlines
• Ability to meet and exceed monthly quota in sales
• High school or equivalent diploma required; industry or product knowledge preferred

• Must be self-motivated with the ability to perform with minimum direction
