GH Houses, a growing real estate investment company servicing the FL panhandle is looking for an outstanding world-class B2C in-home, one call close, sales professional. In this role, you will take on the challenge of closing residential property owner leads (in-home). You’ll be expected to seal the deal on the first meeting on a daily basis, as you meet with 2 to 4 pre-qualified  leads a day. Leads that aren’t converted first meeting will be incubated through a systematic process until conversion.

We invest 5 figures per month in marketing to insure your fast success, get you pre-vetted leads, and set you up on the appointment to meet with sellers. Past real estate sales is NOT a prerequisite. Whether you’ve sold software, shoes, ice to eskimos, etc. - we are looking for the best salesperson to put our strong financial backing into your success.

This is a position that has the ability to produce a large income for the right candidate. The better salesperson you are, the higher your paycheck will be each month. We do not put a cap on how much you can make!

Responsibilities
  • Pre-meeting: Approximately 15% of your time will be spent reviewing the online property file to confirm target buy price 
  • 10% of your time will be spent driving to and from appointments 
  • Onsite: 5% of your time will be spent touring the property to estimate repair costs 
  • Onsite: 50% of your time will be spent building rapport with the property owner and closing the deal onsite during first meeting. Take every opportunity to close the deal on the first meeting by overcoming objections and creating a win/win situation with seller
  • After: 10% of your time will be spent following up with leads that could not be closed on the first appointment  
  • After: 10% of your time will be spend on inputting pictures and notes in the CRM to help you keep track of follow up leads

Qualifications

  • Consistent and proven track record of closing new business on the first meeting.
  • Excellent rapport builder with a direct selling style - using SPIN selling and various sales techniques designed for relational selling.  
  • Must possess a positive mental attitude, an open mind and flexibility in approach.
  • Must be willing to learn and continuously improve closing skills.
  • Must be teachable and enjoy reading books, listen to podcasts, and seek to learn how to be more effective.    
  • Must have a hunter’s mentality and also be willing to bring business to the team as well.  
  • Ability to follow up for multiple weeks in case home visit does not produce a contract.
