We’re seeking an Outside Sales Representative to identify new target buyers and upsell to current customers to achieve sales goals. The ideal candidate is a service-oriented outside sales expert that can prospect, present, and close deals efficiently. Responsibilities
  • Move your sales leads and deals through the sales pipeline efficiently while consistently adding new target buyers into the funnel
  • Initiate outgoing cold calling and emailing to potential customers, schedule in-person sales appointments, and follow up on client requests for information
  • Pinpoint and overcome potential obstacles such as competition, pain points, budgets, and timelines by qualifying your prospective customers quickly and thoroughly
  • Exceed monthly and quarterly revenue expectations and meet sales and lead generating activities goals to ensure future business

  • Delivery of sales presentations to prospective customers
  • Utilize your public speaking and negotiating skills with confidence
  • Position us as the clear and obvious choice in our market through competitive analysis and product trends
  • Participation in ongoing sales training and the development and implementation of employee programs to engage your peers and contribute to a positive, collaborative culture

Qualifications
  • 2 years of outside sales experience or related marketing experience
  • You are an organized, detail and deadline-oriented self-starter who loves contributing your team’s goals
  • You love talking and meeting with prospects, presenting to them, closing the deal, and asking for referrals
  • Some industry or product knowledge preferred and a High school diploma is required

  • Exceptional negotiating, interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
  • Ability and drive to meet and exceed monthly quota in sales
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • You are a team player who thrives off of collaboration and friendly competition
  • Must have a valid driver's license or reliable transportation
  • BA/BS preferred but not required; industry or product knowledge preferred but not required

Compensation
$100,000 at plan earnings
