  • Consistently maintain and grow customer base within existing sales territory using a proactive sales process.
  • Create a territory plan that optimizes time in the field and ensures maximum face-to-face customer interaction.
  • Use value-selling sales process focused on identifying challenges and offering solutions to the customer.
  • Ensure timely and responsive addressing of customers' real-time needs.
  • Identify and pursue sales leads, qualify prospective customers, and move prospects through the sales closing process.
  • Create a competitive analysis, be aware of industry and product trends, and position the company as the distributor of choice in your market territory.


  • High School diploma required, industry and product knowledge preferred
  • At least 2 years of outside sales experience preferred
  • Proven track record of sales growth
  • Strong technology skills to include the use of cloud-based sales software and Microsoft Office
  • Team-focused, organized, self-starter with an orientation towards service, detail, problem-solving, and deadlines
  • Exceptional interpersonal, presentation, listening, and communication skills.
  • Valid driver's license
