Essential Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Seeking highly motivated, competitive driven sales representatives
  • No cold calling or prospecting is required; you will run pre-qualified, confirmed appointments with the homeowners present
  • Our consultants are expected to close 50% and make a minimum salary of 100k. In addition, you will have the backing of a company and product that has been around for over 40 years in the marketplace and is ranked #1 in the region and country
  • Industry's leading sales system to provide support and technology to assist you in closing the sale
  • Committed to an outstanding customer service experience from beginning to end


Minimum Competencies and Skills:

  • 2+ years of experience in outside sales, commissioned sales, in-home sales, or a related field
  • Must be able to travel 100% of time within assigned territory on workdays
  • Valid State Driver's License and reliable transportation
  • Excellent organizational, time management and communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to develop a rapport with customers and good listening skills
  • Ability to sell our products in customers’ homes
  • Ability to measure the exterior of customers’ homes
  • Ability to overcome objections in the sales process
  • Must be able to pass a drug and background check, contingent upon employment
  • Have high ethical and personal standards; we take our reputation very seriously
  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
