The positions are based in McHenry, IL.

Responsibilities

  • Follow-up on leads in a timely, professional manner
  • Consult with clients in order to discover their property desires; then find properties that meet those needs
  • Act as an intermediary between your seller and potential buyer
  • Educate your clients on key specifics of their home selling/buying experience

  • Be the authority on all things related to real estate, and the selling/buying process

Qualifications

  • Hold, or actively working to acquire, a real estate license
  • Passionate about selling and delivering exceptional client experiences
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Love of learning

Compensation

$85,000 at plan - no ceiling on income
