We have more qualified leads than our existing team can handle, and that’s why we’re interested in growing our team. In fact, we have a non-duplicable marketing and lead generation system that utilizes celebrity endorsements and a guaranteed home sale program. Simply put, if we don't sell the home we buy it.

We aren’t worried about finding someone with any experience in real estate. That, we can teach. What we can’t teach is a natural talent for selling.

We provide an unusually high number of real estate leads and teach appointment-setting skills that lead to a higher number of closings for our agents. In this way you spend most of your time doing what you love (qualifying leads, selling and making money).

Also, since most salespeople aren't naturally great with administration and paperwork, we provide amazing systems and administrative support to our agents so you spend the majority of time on what you do best - selling.

This position has a guaranteed first year income of $50,000 but there is no ceiling on your income. Those energized by an open-ended compensation plan are who we are interested in most.

This position is based in Jonesboro, AR.

Responsibilities

  • Follow-up on leads in a timely, professional manner
  • Consult with clients in order to discover their property desires; then find properties that meet those needs
  • Act as an intermediary between your seller and potential buyer
  • Educate your clients on key specifics of their home selling/buying experience

  • Be the authority on all things related to real estate, and the selling/buying process

Compensation
$85,000 on target earnings ($50,000 guaranteed first year - restrictions apply)
