In a shifting market, it is important to know how to capture and convert business. That is what we specialize in and have a proven record of success in the North Alabama market. We provide all systems/software, robust training programs, and leads to increase their business, without working more hours!

Over the past 13 years, we have refined our training programs to fit each individual, no matter where you are in your career. We offer daily, weekly, and monthly training/coaching opportunities. To be successful, you must practice and that's why we have customizable training programs.

Candidates can be newly licensed in real estate or looking to grow their existing book of business.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect leads and follow up in a professional, timely manner
  • Network with other realtors and supporting professionals
  • Advise clients on the home buying/selling process
  • Understand how to best negotiate on your client's behalf
  • Take action based on the needs and wants of your clients
  • Represent our brokerage and clients with honesty and integrity during all transactional periods
  • Be the point of contact for professional services used in your transactions
  • Keep up with market trends and new information pertaining to "the business"
  • Stay up to date with industry-leading best practices
  • Engage with opportunities for coaching and learning
  • Communicate with local business partners to grow your professional network
  • Connect with your local community to better understand all that North Alabama has to offer

Compensation
$60,000 - $180,000 yearly
