Responsibilities

  • Consult with clients in order to discover their dream property desires; then find properties that meet those needs. Ultimately, provide a world class buyer/seller experience for your client and make a significant impact our your clients family and financial future.
  • Act as an intermediary between your seller and potential buyer.
  • Create documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds and leases. 

Qualifications
  • A Real Estate license is required. Don’t have one? We can help!
  • Have an understanding of percentages, basic finances and other simple math concepts.
  • Admin and clerical skills needed to manage files and records; Must have basic computer skills. 
  • Prospective agents must be high-school graduates and at least 18 years of age. 
  • Over the top people skills. 
  • Verbal and written communication skills, multi-tasking ability, self-starter is a must, and ability to maintain enthusiasm.  
  • Strong problem-solving skills and creativity is a must.

Compensation
$100,000+ at plan commission
