We are looking to hire an energetic, competitive and goal-oriented Outside Sales Representative looking to build their career in a consultative-selling environment. The Outbound Sales Agent is passionate about achievement and draws energy from working with people. This enthusiastic, self-starting person with a passion for selling is responsible for converting a massive amount of leads into appointments through personalized follow-up. 

This individual will take ownership of leads and actively systematize the conversion process for maximum effectiveness. They record their productivity and sales metrics and track the results in regular accountability meetings. This person has the drive and tenacity to achieve or exceed productivity, appointment setting, and revenue targets while responding efficiently to customer inquiries (usually in the form of sales leads) and the subsequent documentation, assignment, and follow up of those leads. 

Responsibilities
  • Making outbound calls, communicating via email and overseeing and managing the sales pipeline are primary responsibilities to ensure the buying/selling needs of our customers are met
  • Engage with customers to set appointments with field agents in order to provide quick response times to their needs
  • A problem solver who pinpoints the needs of our clients and offers them solutions to promote a high level of comfort and trust with our client base
  • Provides monthly and quarterly sales reports to the team so that goals are met in a timely fashion
  • Become a pro at overcoming objections and providing the team value proposition through the use of our scripts so that our customers can identify our team’s professionalism and integrity in all situations
Qualifications
  • Must have a valid Real Estate License
  • Has strong listening skills and is able to uncover potential sales opportunities
  • A pro on the phone with the ability to make a sale
  • Technologically proficient and able to learn new programs with ease
  • Master organizer of systems, files and your time with excellent follow-up skills
  • Enthusiastic with excellent people skills
Compensation
$25,000 - $100,000 per year
