Responsibilities
- Maintain and grow existing business opportunities within the customer base served by our team to expand our sales results
- Track monthly and quarterly performance and sales metrics to ensure sales goals are met in an organized and timely fashion
- Create and maintain a database of clients to ensure organization and follow-up
- An active listener who offers empathy and encouragement to buyers and sellers to ensure mutual trust between our team and our clients
- Making outbound calls, communicating via email and overseeing and managing the sales pipeline are primary responsibilities to ensure the buying/selling needs of our customers are met
Qualifications
- Driven to succeed in sales and in life
- Positive, enthusiastic, motivated and solution oriented
- A pro on the phone with the ability to make a sale
- Develops rapport with clients and is easily able to build relationships to develop new sales opportunities
- You are in your element working with others and have great communication skills
Compensation
$52,000 - $95,000 at plan earnings

Southern House Buyers LLC has been buying and selling single-family homes in Mobile, Baldwin, Pensacola, and Mississippi Gulf Coast for 15 years. We buy homes to fix and flip, and to add to our rental portfolio. We also contract properties and sell them to other investors.
