We’re seeking an outside sales representative to meet new clients and sell pools, spas, and landscaping. The ideal candidate is a service-oriented outside sales expert that can present, and close deals efficiently. If you are looking to combine your communication skills with your outside sales experience to leverage a more lucrative career in the industry, we want you on our team!

• Present a win-win solution for the prospect, negotiate sales contract specifics, and close deals
• Initiate outgoing cold calling and emailing to potential customers, schedule in-person sales appointments, and follow up on client requests for information
• Pinpoint and overcome potential obstacles such as competition, pain points, budgets, and timelines by qualifying your prospective customers quickly and thoroughly

• Use the computer-generated software system to design pools and present them to customers
• Price and quote jobs
• Create price change orders as needed

• Ability to meet and exceed monthly quota in sales
• You are an organized, detail and deadline-oriented self-starter who loves contributing your team’s goals
• 2 years of outside sales experience or related marketing experience
• Exceptional negotiating, interpersonal, presentation, persuasion, and communication skills

• Pool construction knowledge
• Pool function knowledge
• Ability to use computer software
• Knowledge of Tucson bylaws and code regulations
