The ideal candidate is a FULL time real estate agent with a minimum of 3 transactions, and 1 year of being licensed, wanting to work under a proven and progressive team system model within my Company at Parker St Claire Realty, which is in the top 1% of all Brokers and teams. This is an exceptional opportunity to earn $80,000 in the first year for qualified candidates.

This position is NOT for the agent trapped by limited mindsets and dated approaches to selling real estate. You must be determined to make a serious and predictable income under the name of a team with a proven system and track record.   • Willingness to work in a team environment under the company brand name

  • Attend Weekly Team Meetings
  • Attend Training Provided by Broker
  • Convert Buyers and Sellers to signed agreements at face-to-face appointments using our Benefits Presentation.
  • Compete VIP Buyer/ Listing Paperwork & submit to Processing Department.
  • Add Buyer to Home Hunter System.
  • Show Buyer properties/communicate with sellers weekly.
  • Submit Offers Weighted in Buyer's Favor and Negotiate/Submit offers to Seller's and negotiate best price and terms.
  • Negotiate Home Inspections/ Due Diligence Issues.
  • Review HUD with buyer/seller client.
  • Attend Closing
  • Get Paid
  • Get Referrals and Testimonials
