We are looking to hire a customer-oriented sales representative. The sales representative's responsibilities include setting up a sales pipeline, keeping abreast of the latest industry trends, providing top-notch communication, and follow up and world-class communication. You should be able to identify unmet customer needs and recommend solutions accordingly.

To be successful as a Sales Representative, you should be target-driven and adept at persuading customers to make purchases. Ultimately, a top-performing Sales Representative should be able to communicate with customers and sales employees as well as demonstrate exceptional organization, problem-solving, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

  • Identify potential customers through networking initiatives, cold-calling, and email communications
  • Providing in-home sales presentations to potential customers
  • Completing regular reporting of activity, identifying opportunities, and providing solutions to bottlenecks
  • Over delivering on customer expectations
  • Completing necessary administrative duties in a timely manner for fluid contract processing

Qualifications

  • Proven Sales experience
  • Track record of achieving sales quotas
  • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong negotiations and consultative sales skills
  • Excellent organization and problem-solving skills
  • Effective communication skills

Compensation
$75,000 - $100,000
