We are looking to hire an energetic, competitive and goal-oriented Outside Sales Representative looking to build their career in a consultative-selling real estate environment. Training and skill development are at the forefront of our organization and training is provided.


Strength of character, leadership and ambition carry more weight in our selection process than industry experience. We have excellent opportunities for recent graduates and we encourage applicants who are seasoned sales professionals seeking a new, more lucrative industry in which to sell.

Responsibilities
  • Achieve productivity, appointment setting and revenue targets while responding efficiently to customer inquiries (usually in the form of sales leads) in order to meet the needs of our customers
  • Manage and qualify inbound inquiries to generate appointments so our agents can respond to customers quickly and efficiently
  • Use our CRM to regularly follow-up with customers to ensure our agents have up-to-date information to move through the listing and closing process
  • Practice and become adept at using scripts to overcome objections and provide the team value proposition to customers so that they can identify our company’s values and integrity
  • Act as an intermediary between sellers and potential buyers to facilitate sales to ensure a mutually beneficial close

  • Establish a prosperous and long-term real estate career by supporting and learning from other team-oriented agents.
  • Consult with clients in order to discover their real estate desires; then deliver exceptional value through expert market knowledge and negotiation skills.

Qualifications
  • Has strong listening skills and is able to uncover potential sales opportunities
  • Ability to use or quickly learn real estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies
  • Enthusiastic with excellent people skills
  • A pro on the phone with the ability to make a sale
  • Master organizer of systems, files and your time with excellent follow-up skills
Compensation
$75,000 commensurate with experience
