In this role, you will speak and/or meet with multiple, qualified clients each day.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and qualify inbound inquiries to generate appointments so our agents can respond to customers quickly and efficiently
  • Use our CRM to regularly follow-up with customers to ensure our agents have up-to-date information to move through the listing and closing process
  • Provides monthly and quarterly sales reports to the team so that goals are met in a timely fashion
  • Negotiate and effectively communicate details between sellers and potential buyers to facilitate transactions
  • Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support to increase sales opportunities
Qualifications
  • A valid Real Estate License is required for this job
  • Eager to find the best possible solution with a positive attitude
  • Has strong listening skills and is able to uncover potential sales opportunities
  • Enthusiastic with excellent people skills
  • Technologically proficient and able to learn new programs with ease
  • A pro on the phone with the ability to make a sale
Compensation
$79,000 - $119,000+ at plan
