We are looking for experienced, driven professionals who are looking to make a transition to a top performing sales team. Real estate experience not needed. If you are growth-oriented, like to work independently within a team, and enjoy a fast-paced work atmosphere, then this might be a great role for you.

Role Description

  • Demonstrate mastery of essential sales skills in the Inside Sales Agent role and move to the Outside Sales Team. 2-3 months.
  • Win new clients by attending scheduled appointments/consultations to sell House Match real estate services to prospective clients.
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive client relationships throughout the sales cycle, and proactively communicate with clients.
  • Conduct market analysis and explain market conditions to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate offers and successfully guide clients through the contract process through closing.

This is a high volume, high activity position! You will be in your car 4-5 days per week driving to appointments all over Sarasota and Manatee Counties. You will meet a wide variety of people and will deal with new challenges and situations regularly.

  • Create and maintain a database of clients to ensure organization and follow-up
  • An active listener who offers empathy and encouragement to buyers and sellers to ensure mutual trust between our team and our clients
  • Prepare for buyer client meetings by conducting appropriate research in advance.
  • Win new buyer clients by presenting The House Match Team’s unique value proposition, guiding clients to an appropriate home sales price, answering questions, and kicking off the home sale process.
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive client relationships throughout the sales cycle, and help clients understand next steps throughout the home sale process.
  • Negotiate offers and successfully guide clients through the contract process through closing.
  • Coordinate and execute great Open Houses weekly to attract new clients.
  • Expedite the resolution of client concerns and complaints to maximize client satisfaction.
  • Partner with the Marketing Team to adjust marketing strategy as needed.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • 5+ years of experience in sales or working in a fast-paced, challenging corporate environment.
  • Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record of meeting ambitious goals.
  • Excellent problem solver able to quickly adapt to changing situations.
  • Exceptional communicator, able to read the room and adapt your communication style to help clients feel comfortable and understood.
  • Willing to regularly accept phone calls and follow up with clients between 8 AM and 8 PM daily including Saturday and Sunday.

Please note that since this is a role serving residential real estate clients, you may find yourself working 7 days per week and working 55-60 hours per week. Our clients are often most available outside of normal business hours.
