Our Administrative staff handles the details which will free you to focus on the prequalified leads that we will supply as well as the appointments we will set. We pay for the advertising, the support staff, and the latest technology. YOU SHOW UP AND SELL and HELP PEOPLE with the American Dream of Home Ownership!
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU: A resume needs to be submitted in order to be considered for the position.

You get all the tools that make you successful - leads, training, and mentorship from Kenny Truong and Climb Real Estate. New agents at Climb Real Estate are earning $80,000 plus annually. Experienced agents are over six figures.
YOUR PROMISE TO US: The Onboarding Process will require a full time commitment. You will attend weekly time blocked sessions to learn our systems and understand our tools. At each of the classes you will learn new skills and techniques. Then you will develop an action plan and implement these actions before the next meeting. As your coach, we will hold you accountable. We know you can do better than the average agent!
