We’re seeking an outside sales representative to identify new target buyers and upsell to current customers to achieve sales goals. The ideal candidate is a service-oriented outside sales expert that can prospect, present, and close deals efficiently. If you are looking to combine your communication and prospecting skills with your outside sales experience to leverage a more lucrative career in the industry, we want you on our team!
- Present a win-win solution for the prospect, negotiate sales contract specifics, and close deals
- Stay on top of market and industry trends to help educate prospects and clients on how we differentiate ourselves
- Use your prospecting and follow-up skills with potential customers online, in-person, or on the phone to uncover potential upsells and new clients
- Exceed monthly and quarterly revenue expectations and meet sales and lead generating activities goals to ensure future business
- Secure new deals and target buyers quickly, give them the information they need to envision our brand and close deals efficiently
- Immediately apply the training to the real world. For example, learning how to make phone calls and applying that training by making calls
- Always show up with your best attitude and teachable spirit to learn
- Take ownership of your personal development and be diligent about your growth and mastery
- Exceptional negotiating, interpersonal, presentation, persuasion, and communication skills
- A consistent top performer in sales
- You are an organized, detail and deadline-oriented self-starter who loves contributing your team’s goals
- High school or equivalent diploma required; industry or product knowledge preferred
- At least 2 years of outside sales experience preferred
- Must be licensed or working on getting your license
- Energized by an open-ended compensation plan
$8 per hour
