We are seeking a motivated Outside Sales Agent to assist in the continued growth of our services. As an Outside Sales Agent you will be reaching out to Insurance agents and introducing our services to assist them in growing their book of business. You will use your exceptional phone skills and relationship building ability to set your appointments and close your own deals and reap the unlimited financial rewards.

This individual will take ownership of leads and actively convert them to customers. They are self-motivated, driven and believe what they put in is exactly what they get out of any situation. This persona has the drive and tenacity to achieve or exceed productivity and revenue targets. This person also has the organization and time management skills necessary to handle making consistent outbound calls and sending emails and managing their clients.

This individual must be highly trustworthy in addition of being the first of contact to the team, they will also have access to sensitive files and information regarding the client’s customers and database.


  • Prospects for clients, all day everyday
  • Build a pipeline of future clients
  • Engage with prospects constantly, so that you are top of mind
  • Primary duties include outbound calling, e-mail communication, coordination of accounts and finding sales opportunities and overall management of accounts and sales pipeline.


  • Innate sales talent: Were you born a salesperson? Do you develop strong relationships?
  • Has excellent organizational, time management and follow-up skills.
  • Passionate about selling a service that helps the customer.
  • Extremely strong phone skills: Ability to set and close appointments over the phone.
