Seeking an In-Home Sales Closer (one call closer) – We provide warm, pre-vetted leads!

Are you looking to blaze a trail and make a consistent six-figure income with uncapped potential?

Rise Real Estate Group, LLC, a growing real estate investment company is looking for an outstanding world-class B2C in-home, one call close, sales professional. In this role, you will take on the challenge of closing warm residential property owner leads (in-home). You’ll be expected to seal the deal on the first meeting on a daily basis, as you meet with 2 to 4 pre-qualified warm leads a day. Leads that aren’t converted first meeting will be incubated through a systematic process until conversion.

This competitive and highly rewarding role is ideal for a highly self-motivated sales professional. It is handsomely compensated by an uncapped 100% commission structure. We will be investing in marketing to insure your fast success, get you pre-vetted leads, and set you up on the appointment to meet with sellers. You won't be required to work out of an office and can set your own schedule. Past real estate sales is NOT a prerequisite. Whether you’ve sold software, shoes, ice to eskimos, etc. - -we are looking for the best salesperson in Tampa Bay to put our strong financial backing into your success.

This is a flexible position that has the ability to produce a large income for you. The better salesperson you are, the higher your paycheck will be each month. We do not put a cap on how much you can make!

Compensation:

  • If you’re average, you can earn $50,000 with us. If you are a star, you can earn $100,000 plus

Position will start around the beginning of February, so there’s plenty of opportunity to transition from your current position. Interviews will begin mid-January, 2019.

Responsibilities

  • Pre-meeting: Approximately 15% of your time will be spent reviewing the online property file to confirm target buy price
  • 15% of your time will be spent driving to and from appointments
  • Onsite: 5% of your time will be spent touring the property to estimate repair costs
  • Onsite: 65% of your time will be spent building rapport with the property owner and closing the deal onsite during first meeting. Take every opportunity to close the deal on the first meeting by overcoming objections and creating a win/win situation with seller
  • When you are not onsite meeting with a property owner, your time will be spent on the phone converting prequalified leads to appointments
  • Attend local real estate investor meetings and network with the area’s best investors

Qualifications

  • Must have strong experience with one call in-home close and overcoming objections
  • Consistent and proven track record of closing new business on the first meeting
  • Excellent rapport builder with a direct selling style - using SPIN selling and various sales techniques designed for relational selling
  • Currently earning good commissions and looking to further increase earnings
  • Professional business image, as you will be the face of the company in the field
  • Must possess a positive mental attitude, an open mind and flexibility in approach
  • Must be willing to learn and continuously improve closing skills
  • Must be teachable and enjoy reading books, listen to podcasts, and seek to learn how to be more effective
  • A fast starter, able to use their people skills and talents to build a lasting career
  • Must have exceptional listening and problem-solving skills
  • Must have a hunter’s mentality and also be willing to bring business to the team as well
  • Ability to follow up for multiple weeks in case home visit does not produce a contract

Compensation
$100,000+ at plan commission potential
