We are looking for an outstanding sales professional to join our fast-paced real estate acquisition team. We have a robust marketing budget and are developing a steady pipeline of warm pre-qualified leads (property owners) with whom you will follow-up, build rapport, and negotiate win-win terms to acquire investment properties.

The ideal candidate will be driven and focused on building relationships with our potential clients. This individual will experience growth and leadership opportunities!

Responsibilities
  • Lead follow-up by phone, e-mail, text, and overall management of leads pipeline.
  • Build rapport with our potential clients and overcome objections to moving forward with a contract.
  • Schedule, drive to, and conduct appointments with clients and negotiate a win-win solution for both parties.
  • Utilize and update CRM tools daily.
  • Meet or exceed daily/weekly KPIs for lead contacts, offers, and contracts.
  • Network within the real estate community (brokers, property managers, etc) to develop a referral pipeline.
  • Sales territory will include several markets on the front range (Denver Metro to Pueblo).
Qualifications
  • Professional in attitude, conversation, and appearance as you will be the face of our company.
  • Experience with in-home sales and overcoming objections.
  • Extremely strong phone skills; ability to set and close appointments over the phone.
  • Exceptional listening and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to connect with a variety of personalities and generations.
  • Independent, self-motivated, and driven to succeed.
  • Ability to quickly learn real estate-specific CRM and marketing technologies.
  • Show a consistent and proven track record of closing new business.
  • Possess an attitude of abundance.
  • Endeavor daily to be a good team member, help people, and treat people with respect.
Compensation
$100,000+ at plan Commission
