Key Responsibilities Travels daily within the greater designated area, in support of cold calling and building New and Used Car Dealers, Accessory shops, Mobile Auto Service providers, Wheel and Tire shops, Independent repair shop accounts through weekly sales calls; Obtains orders while continuously prospecting to expand client base; Submits orders; Keeps management informed through a weekly call report; Performs product sales training sessions; Monitors competition; Resolves customer complaints; Maintains proficient product knowledge in the automotive aftermarket industry, while contributing to the team effort;
Minimum Requirements Minimum of 2 years experience in automotive aftermarket sales; Minimum of 2 years' Experience selling directly to Sales channels mentioned above; Current contacts in the market a plus; experience in an outside sales capacity with a significant track record of obtaining and/or exceeding goals; Knowledge of the Wheel and tire business and accessories a plus; Ability to physically train in a shop environment and Ability to develop new account prospects through networking, referrals, and cold calling; An excellent compensation plan (Base + Commission; with NO commission cap) and benefits.
