In addition to COVID, our nation is experiencing a mental health crisis and Kingwood Counseling Center, PLLC is in need of additional fully licensed clinicians to handle the influx of new patients.

Kingwood Counseling Center, PLLC is an ethnically, racially and theoretically diverse group of clinicians providing mental health and counseling services to those ages 3 through 100. We recently began offering ADHD Testing for those ages 6+.

We provide beautifully furnished offices, credentialing, billing and full admin support so our clinicians can focus on our patients.

We are open from morning to late evening Monday - Saturday.

Our therapists have the freedom to create a schedule during our operating hours, based on office availability, that works for them.

• Complete psychosocial assessments
• Formulate treatment plans
• Conduct appropriate therapeutic interventions
• Complete appropriate documentation

• At this time we are only looking for independently licensed clinicians with relevant work experience, but if you are nearing the end of your supervision and preparing for your test, we’d love to talk to you
• We have a particular need for those who work with children or couples and for those who speak Spanish
• Option for PT - minimum of 16 hours per week
• Option for FT (35+ hours) with benefits or Contract

At Kingwood Counseling Center, PLLC, our goal is to treat others the way we would like to be treated. All patients are treated with dignity and respect. We are an established company that started in 2006 as a solo practice and expanded to a group practice in February of 2017. Since then, we have expanded three times and continue to grow. We have a steady stream of referrals from insurance companies and the community. We provide services to children ages 5+, teens, adults, couples, families, and geriatric patients.

Our admin staff answer all calls, schedule appointments, verify insurance benefits, submit claims, create patient charts, and all other admin duties so our therapists can focus on our patients. We also provide credentialing and require a one-year commitment. Our full-time staff is eligible for benefits. Our staff is paid electronically every two weeks through our payroll company.
