We are looking for independently licensed outpatient mental health clinicians (LICSW, LMHC, LMFT). Compensation: Base salary plus commission bonus after 90 days of employment. Opportunity for a raise in salary after 90 days. Present your salary expectations and we will do our best to work together to come up with a plan to meet those expectations.

• Perform intake assessments for individuals, significant others, and family members through testing, interviews, observations, and conversation sessions
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patients in compliance with facility and license requirements
• Provide mental health services to families, couples, individuals, and children utilizing evidence-based practices
• Complete paperwork in a timely manner (daily and weekly)
• Attend and participate in monthly staff and case consultation meetings
• See a full-time caseload of at least 25 sessions a week
• Collaborate with collaterals and the PWC team
• Communicate effectively with clients and co-workers

• Excellent problem solving skills as well as outstanding interpersonal and communication skills are needed
• Must have a master's degree and independent licensure (LMHC, LMFT, or LICSW)
• Experience doing outpatient therapy preferred
• Must have experience using evidence-based practices
• Flexibility to work some nights/or weekends
• Work independently but also be a part of a collaborative team
• Must be able to understand technology to use the phone and practice management system

At Pause Wellness Center Inc, our primary focus is on helping people learn the skills they need to manage the challenges they are facing in their lives related to mental health. We teach clients to be more emotionally savvy, to learn how to communicate effectively, and to manage mental health symptoms using a variety of different strategies.
