Full-time salaried position with $1,000 sign-on bonus

Must be Independently Licensed Mental Health Clinician - LMHC, LICSW, LMFT

You could open up your own practice but that can be a very isolating role. You can also work for one of those online companies that really only care about the bottom line, not you. At Pause Wellness Center, Inc it is important that our clinicians get to focus on doing the job they love and went to school for. We are building a clinical team dedicated to their clients and we are looking for clinicians that want an opportunity to grow with the practice. We firmly believe that good client care starts with clinicians being taken care of. Our goal is always to provide a supportive environment, with flexibility, and a salary so you know what you make every week. After 90 days of employment, you will receive monthly bonuses based on productivity.

That is a 50/50 in-person and remote position. You must be able to commute to the Northborough, MA area half of the time!

  • Provide mental health treatment using evidence-based practices
  • Maintain paperwork in a timely manner
  • Participate in monthly staff meetings
  • See a full-time caseload of 25 clients a week
  • Collaborate with collaterals and the PWC team


  • Must be independently licensed in MA as a LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, Ph.D., or PsyD
  • Must have experience doing outpatient therapy
  • Must have experience using evidence-based practices
  • Must be able to work some nights/or weekends
  • Work independently but also be a part of a collaborative team

$50,000 - $70,000 annually

At Pause Wellness Center, our primary focus is on helping people learn the skills they need to manage the challenges they are facing in their lives related to mental health. We teach our clients to be more emotionally savvy, to learn how to communicate effectively, and to manage mental health symptoms using a variety of different strategies. Our group practice is growing and we continue to evolve and use evidence-based practices to help serve our clients to the best of our ability. We work with adolescents, adults, and couples.
