- Track monthly and quarterly performance and sales metrics to ensure sales goals are met in an organized and timely fashion
- Use our CRM to compile a list of all leads and regularly follow-up on those leads to ensure our agents have up-to-date information to move through the listing and closing process
- Understand client needs to more effectively offer solutions and support
- Become a pro at overcoming objections and providing the team value proposition through the use of our scripts so that our customers can identify our team’s professionalism and integrity in all situations
- You will spend the larger part of your day communicating with prospective clients via telephone and email as well as managing all sequences of the sales cycle so that our customers needs are met in an efficient and organized way
- Decisive and proactive
- You are a natural organizer, have everything in its place and your time management skills are spot on
- Familiarity with CRM and marketing/lead technologies or ability to learn new systems quickly
- Practices, memorizes and internalizes scripts
- Extremely strong phone skills: Ability to set and close appointments over the phone
- You are in your element working with others and have great communication skills
$10 - $13 hourly + bonuses
