We are a fast-growing solar sales company in need of bringing in more talented salespeople. This is a very positive environment where each person is encouraged to hit all their goals in life with weekly fun events, company trips, prizes, raffles, etc.

Recruiting experience required. We already have our inbound recruiting process under control. You should be able to attract candidates using various outbound sources, like social media networks and employee referrals. Our ideal recruiter holds an academic HR background combined with work experience in screening, interviewing, and assessing candidates. Ultimately, the responsibilities of the Outbound Recruiter are to ensure our company attracts, hires, and retains the best salespeople while growing a strong talent pipeline.

For the right person, if you can bring in solid people that stick, the bonuses will be very, very worth it.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement overall outbound recruiting strategy
  • Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate colleges and social media
  • Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media, etc.
  • Screen candidates' resumes and job applications
  • Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
  • Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes
  • Onboard new sales representatives in order to become fully integrated
  • Provide analytical and well-documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team
  • Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
  • Promote the company’s reputation as the “best place to work”

Qualifications

  • Proven work experience as a Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter)
  • Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, stress, etc.)
  • Hands-on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, reference check, etc.)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong decision-making skills

Compensation
$36,000 - $60,00 yearly
