- Maintain a database of prospective and past leads
- Superb communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as interpersonal skills and time management skills
- Experience using CRM software. Comfortable using apps and online tools while listening, responding and inputting data into a CRM
- Have working knowledge of Excel and the full Microsoft Office Suite
- This is not a remote position
- Have proven experience as an outbound appointment setter, telemarketer or a similar role
- Possess a professional and courteous disposition
- Have the ability to work independently
- You are authentic, trustworthy and committed to excellence
- Have a positive attitude and be tenacious
- Basic knowledge of Real Estate is a plus but not a requirement
$40,000 - $55,000 at plan, hourly base + commission
