We’re hiring a full-time, outbound recruiter to our team to help our clients find top talent. You’ll be responsible for ensuring that each candidate meets our high-performance standards, has the necessary qualifications, and is a good culture fit for our clients. Compensation:

  • Base salary: $40,000 - $50,000 based on experience

Responsibilities
  • Maintain clear records of all applicants, their interviews, and data from their application to streamline the candidate pipeline and keep applicant information private
  • Take ownership of the hiring process by making recommendations and managing interview schedules, keeping all parties informed as things progress, and following up with candidates who are not selected
  • Establish a proven recruiting process for finding and vetting candidates to ensure they are qualified and scale up the recruiting program
  • Post job openings to all major job boards in order to bring in a steady stream of strong applicants

  • Build relationships with potential talent through phone, email, and video communications
  • Source top talent through various methods
  • Call through provided lists as well as follow up with applied talent
  • Guide clients through the hiring process and consult on best practices
  • Provide progress reports to clients weekly

Qualifications
  • Must have a college degree
  • At least 2 years experience recruiting in real estate, inside sales, or similar field
  • Superb time management and organizational skills

  • Comfortable making cold calls and building relationships
  • Display excellent written, problem-solving, and verbal communication skills
  • Technologically savvy; basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Word and Excel programs and filing systems with the ability to learn new programs quickly and troubleshoot common issues
  • Experience with a CRM is a plus
  • Sense of urgency and time-sensitivity

Compensation
$65,000 - $75,000
