Inside Sales Agent Real Estate Telemarketer (work from home anywhere)

Like It Realty is seeking an experienced motivated Inside Sales Agent (ISA) to assist our growing Real Estate Company! You will be the first impression for our customers.

This is a work from home opportunity position selling our $3,000 Flat Fee MLS Listing Service that FSBOs & Expireds appreciate!

This ISA will make between 100 to 200 calls per day.

As an ISA you will be expected to prospect for new customers on a daily basis through a single phone number we will provide you (no robo-dialer). You will be expected to acquire pertinent information and manage leads in our Liondesk CRM for our licensed agents. 

Our ideal ISA will be passionate about success and not be satisfied with just doing "enough". The ideal candidate will meet and exceed previous goals, take ownership of their inside sales process and maximize productivity, which will ensure the candidate's maximum ISA commission.

Compensation: $17.50 per Hour + 10% of Brokerage Earned Sales Commission on Flat Fee Listings when Property Closes. There is a trial period as well.

Responsibilities

  • Rigorously prospect for new business and follow up with leads in your pipeline.
  • Screen the needs of potential customers and match with Like It Realty product offerings.
  • Achieve productivity and revenue targets while responding efficiently to customer inquiries (usually in the form of sales leads) and cold calling.
  • Primary duties include outbound calling, texting (when texted first), email communication, coordination and overall management of sales pipeline through the sales cycle.
  • Develop, practice, memorize and internalize your own scripts to deliver the value proposition and handle objections.

Qualifications

  • Florida Real Estate License Required.
  • Must have high earning, verifiable real estate ISA experience.
  • Must have general real estate sales knowledge.
  • Must have experience calling on expired/FSBO.
  • For a 40 hour contractor week, we imagine you calling almost 100-200 leads per business day, generating 25 quality conversations.
  • Independent and self-motivated.
  • Extremely strong phone skills: ability to set and close over the phone.
  • Decisive and proactive.
  • Have excellent time management, organization and follow-up skills.
  • Communicate effectively (oral and written) and articulate a well-spoken sales call.
  • Compose emails in a professional tone.
  • Ability to use or quickly learn real estate specific LionDesk CRM and marketing/lead technologies.
  • Be a team player who thrives working with a small company, with no drama, where their activities directly affect the bottom line.

Compensation
$17.50 per hour plus 10% Commissions
