We're searching for a diligent office administrator to support or fast-paced sales team. You’ll be responsible for responding to all questions and handling all tasks in a friendly and timely manner. You will also be building and streamlining our processes, scheduling appointments, and managing transactions. Applicants should be extremely thorough (attention to detail), possess excellent communication skills, and be able to remain calm in high-stress situations. There's lots of room for growth in our company as we are growing at over 300% per year and plan to expand into markets outside of DFW.   • Grow in the position through continued learning and revitalization of skillsets in related duties

  • Manage real estate transactions from inception to close
  • Work with sales team to coordinate showings, writing contracts, following up with due diligence items, and other miscellaneous needs to support the sales team
  • Be available to work evenings and weekends when needed
  • Possess a "no excuses" attitude

  • Proven track record of completing projects on time in an orderly manner
  • Enjoys talking with customers and can communicate through verbal and written channels
  • Prior experience in office management or our industry is a plus
  • Technologically savvy; basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Word and Excel programs and filing systems with the ability to learn new programs quickly and troubleshoot common issues

  • Experience with a CRM system is a plus, we utilize Chime CRM
  • Experience with G Suite is a plus
  • Experience working with real estate contracts is a plus
  • Experience working with a real estate team is required

$60,000 - $70,000 yearly
