We need a detail-oriented Operations Project Manager who will manage the development and implementation of software, systems, and processes, and procedures that will drive the efficient operational functions of the company as we scale. The Operations Project Manager will report directly to the Director of Operations and work closely with our CEO as this role moves further into the Software Development stages. This individual will drive collaboration and integrate our services into all departments by leading critical day-to-day operations and propelling our software forward. The right candidate for this role will be a self-starter, take initiative without being asked, be vocal about ideas, and have an analytical mindset, and have a strong work ethic. This role will require you to intimately understand Marshall Reddick’s services, mission, vision, and values to create scalable solutions to grow each of our lines of business. Ideally, this role will have a passion and background in real estate, lending, and/or property management.

• Identify pain points and propose procedures to improve process efficiencies
• Provide input to refine and strategically scale company operations
• Work with department leads to build out and maintain Training Handbooks and documentation
• Project management related to proposed new processes and operating systems, including implementing 3rd party software and in-house software
• Collaborate with CEO and other leadership team members to manage product roadmap
• Gather requirements, define and document milestones, manage sprints, delivering in scope
• Oversee Software Engineering team to set and control sprint timelines following agile framework
• Assist in compliance for all of our services 

• 5+ years’ experience as a Project, Product, or Operations Manager or similar role
• 5+ years leading teams, managing employees, implementing systems
• Prior experience with Technical Development, Q/A Testing, Agile Development
• Developing operations and software in a fast-paced tech-focused company
• In-depth knowledge of real estate brokerage, property management, or private lending is a plus
• Experience with software integrations, implementations, and creation (ERP, CRM, Web Development, Microsoft suite, AppFolio, HubSpot,) is a plus

Special Qualifications:

• PMP Certification is a plus
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, GitLab is a plus
• Previous experience as CRM Administrator
• Strong attention to detail, deadlines, and organization
• Strong independent judgment
