We are seeking a proven Operations Manager.
Experience in operations management or real estate organization leadership is required!
(This role is not to be confused with general office management)
What will you do?
- Leads, Manages and Holds staff/agents accountable.
- Build, implement, and manages all systems for transaction coordination, internal communication, client communication, financial management, information management, central database management, and marketing.
- Assists as needed in documenting the systems of other departments, including customer service, buyer, seller, lead generation, tracking, and expansion systems.
- Is responsible for all financial systems, including maintaining the books, paying the bills, handling payroll, assuring the collection of commissions, maintaining the budget, and generating financial reports.
- Creates and maintains an operations manual that documents all systems and standards.
- Coordinates the purchase, installation, and maintenance of all office equipment.
- Is responsible for hiring, training, consulting, and holding accountable all additional administrative department members.
- Process Management.
- High-Level Implementation.
- 95% of responsibilities are to be performed independently of supervision.
- Review and implement new systems to increase productivity.
- Review profit and loss with CEO monthly.
- Stay abreast of the changes and trends within the industry.
- Manage online/offline marketing efforts and track ROI on all marketing expenses.
- Manage daily accountability of the entire team including contests, agent activities, and office accounting.
- Coordinate and follow up with marketing events.
- Onboarding and Offboarding of all team members.
- Ensure that every process is duplicatable and scalable.
Responsibilities

- Planning and execution of community events for exposure and marketing
Qualifications
- Real estate license is preferred but not required
- 1–3 years of service and management experience
- 3–5 years of administrative + operations experience, preferably in real estate
- Strong writing skills
- Strong rapid logical problem-solving skills
- Dependable and reliable

Compensation
$48,000+ DOE
