Looking for a mini-me!. Seeking a leader with PROVEN experience and background in leadership roles.

The operations manager will run it like it is their business. This is a take-charge kind of role and you are the glue to the team. If you love to help people, problem solve, form relationships, manage, train, and leave clients and agents feeling like you have looked out for them and provided them with a great experience read on for specific details. This is a 40+ hour work week, that includes some weekend time.

Compensation: $50,000 salary+, opportunity to earn up to $80,000 with additional commission

Responsibilities

  • Client care and problem-solving - you thrive on solving the issues and turning a negative for a client into a positive.One where they leave a call feeling like they are the only client we have.
  • Negotiate at a high level. You are able to handle real estate negotiations beginning to end.
  • Lead follow up-you are comfortable picking up the phone to nurture and set appointments for the lead agent. This is a daily expectation-if you are uncomfortable calling leads, this is not the role for you.
  • Detail oriented-everyone says they are-how can you show me? If you miss a detail, it can cost a client BIG.
  • Overseeing transactions from start to finish.
  • Manage the agents and other admin, hold them accountable, train, assist with hiring.
  • Manage the CRM-this is our moneymaker, must know the system inside and out.
  • Marketing - able to create content and post consistently. Manage the process.
  • Manage client events.

Qualifications

Please only apply if you have the skill set above, this is not an entry-level position. We are a fast-paced real estate group and looking for amazing talent that pushes us to be our best. Must be solution-based and capable of finding the answer.

  • MUST have a real estate license for the role. If you have the experience but no license, this must be obtained - non-negotiable.
  • The ideal candidate has past real estate experience running a high-level team with the skill set to manage and participate in ALL aspects of real estate.

Compensation
$50,000 - $80,000 salary + commission
