Contribute to the growth of the company by translating strategic intent into practical outcomes that support brokers and improve the client experience. You will be responsible for managing and deployinging company resources in support of the brokerage team. Support their sales goals by providing a seamless back-office experience. Interface with the executive team to ensure that strategic goals are in sync with the processes, procedures, tactics, and marketing of the company’s brokers.
