  • Build agent relations by calling, emailing, and social media postings
  • Process all incoming commission check and various accounting services including accounts receivable
  • Maintain front-facing relationships with customers, contractors, service providers, and vendors
  • Facilitate office policies and procedures, ensuring they meet our organization's standards
  • Help coordinate events and social activities


  • Display strong communication, problem-solving, and time management skills
  • Experience with Google Spreadsheets, Canva, and Microsoft Office
  • Database management
  • 2 years of experience or similar work experience required
  • High school diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent

$50,000 plus bonus
