We are looking for an experienced leader to develop a Solar Panel sales department for our successful business at ROI Construction in Savage, MD. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for managing operations and overseeing projects from start to finish.

You will have the opportunity to lead a team, develop process improvements, and streamline operational efficiencies. You will be the driving force behind our continued success. Our Operations Manager should have excellent communication skills and a successful track record in project management.

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the company and ensure smooth workflow
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company sales goals
• Manage and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets
• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
• Implement and oversee systems, processes and procedures to optimize operational efficiency
• Lead and motivate a team of managers and employees to achieve department goals and objectives
• Develop and maintain relationships with external clients and vendors
• Monitor budgets and oversee financial reporting to ensure operational profitability

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales leadership, with a proven personal track record of achieving sales targets
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
• Ability to travel as needed
• NABCEP Certified
• Experience in Solar in our region, Maryland, or DC. VA is a bonus!
• Comfortable navigating interconnection issues. 
• Experience with Power Purchase Agreement Process
• Design experience building PV Systems
