The Operations Manager coaches and mentors the existing administrative team.  He/she establishes and executes plans to ensure the smooth operation of the office, and lead attainment of company goals. This position is responsible for creating, tracking, and managing goals and systems for the admin department. The ideal candidate is an individual with experience, management and leadership.


  • Effectively collaborate with CEO to implement the company vision, set and exceed goals
  • Faithfully execute the business plan
  • Ensure everyone is following and adhering to the company’s core values and operating systems with consistency, demonstrating effective project-management skills
  • Hire, lead, manage and hold people accountable
  • Relentlessly track and review team goals
  • Address all sales team related issues
  • Supervise lead to close process and hold team accountable


  • Bachelors Degree preferred
  • Real Estate experience preferred
  • Leadership experience
  • Commitment to results, achieving goals
  • Must have worked on commission in the past
  • Decisive and able to hold people accountable
  • Able to master and utilize different programs and platforms to their utmost potential
  • Action oriented and innovative
  • Able to translate broad goals into achievable steps
