The Closet Rehab is looking for an enthusiastic and organized Operations Manager to join our team in Rock Hill, SC. As our Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations of our office, managing staff, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. You will be a critical part of our success, ensuring that we maximize efficiency and profitability while upholding our excellent reputation. You will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team creating high-end storage solutions that bring joy to our customers. This is a salaried position offering an annual salary of $75,000 depending on level of experience, benefits and vacation packages.
- Lead and manage the daily operations of the company, ensuring efficient and effective processes and procedures.
- Create, implement and maintain strategies and processes to help optimize operations and increase accuracy.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure the smooth running of the operation.
- Develop, maintain and review company development goals, objectives, policies and initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze financial operations, including budgeting, cost controls and expense management.
- Sales and Office Support
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field is a benefit
- 5+ years of experience in operations management
- US Work Authorization
- Experience with Quickbooks and Accounting
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Sales Support/Sales Experience
