Who are we looking for?

  • We need an operations wizard. Someone with years of experience in any industry growing operations.  
  • We are looking for someone capable of rapid and sustainable growth, not just maintenance.  
  • He/she needs to have a successful management/hiring/training record and be a fit with our company culture.
  • You do not need to be local to Utah but it is a plus.  

What will you do?

  • This hire will report directly to the company owner and oversee the implementation of all new ideas (integrator for those of you familiar with Traction).  
  • In addition, he/she will oversee the operations team on all daily tasks to ensure that everything we do is tracked and happens as it should.
  • Oversee all company hiring and operations training.


  • We offer aggressive compensation at the high end of the range for the industry. It will be a salary + bonus structure based on results.

The operations manager is a key Empire Protector for the growing expansion empire. This director is the master of systems, consistently seeking new, innovative, and efficient business processes that save time and money.

The operations manager is someone who is smart, a fast learner and who thrives in a task-oriented environment. They need to be self-motivated by achievement and able to successfully work independently at times and with a team at times.
They have a strong sense of urgency, but not at the expense of quality. In addition, he/she demonstrates on a daily basis the knowledge, attitudes, skills, and habits of a high achiever who is committed to putting clients first, doing the right thing, and seeking win-win agreements. 
This person relishes the opportunity to build, implement, and manage multiple systems, and is seen throughout the organization as the expert on efficiency and systems. This person exhibits a drive to use systems as a strategic tool for creating an advantage for the organization. This individual will have some ability to show patience in finding a solution, though accomplishing the objective is more important for this person than using one specific process. 

The operations manager is deeply committed to supporting the growth of the company in achieving greater and greater levels of success, and to growing his/her own skills and developing into a supportive leader within the organization. As the success of the business grows, this individual will be responsible for hiring, training, and leading additional department members to ensure all administrative tasks of the company to continue to be completed to high standards with maximum efficiency. The operations manager will be in communication with the company owner daily to take new company ideas and initiatives from theory to reality then help them run automated to clear up time and energy for the next one.

What will you do?

These are the standards a well-above-average performer will maintain or exceed: 

  • Implement new company initiatives and maintain existing processes and procedures
  • Build, implement, and manage all systems for transaction coordination, internal communication, client communication, financial management, information management, central database management, and marketing.
  • Assists as needed in documenting the systems of other departments, including customer service, buyer, seller, lead generation, and tracking systems. 
  • Creates and maintain an operations manual that documents all systems and standards.
  • Is responsible for hiring, training, consulting, and holding accountable all additional administrative department members.
  • System development, implementation, documentation, and management
  • Leading administrative department members 

Pay is negotiable based on experience. Our goal is long term employees who are at the top of the industry and are paid at the top of the industry.  


Essential duties and responsibilities

  • Work directly with the President of the company to implement new ideas and initiatives
  • Hire staff members to help with repeatable tasks
  • Maintain quality assurance measures
  • Complete excel/Microsoft office related tasks
  • Information management


  • Company Owner – daily
  • Expansion Network Owner – daily
  • Administrative Department (as appropriate to organizational structure) – daily
  • Buyers/Sellers/Vendors – as appropriate

Management responsibilities.

  • Oversee office staff



  • High school graduate
  • Bachelor’s degree is great but industry experience can overcome
  • 1–3 years of service and management experience 
  • 3–5 years of administrative experience, preferably in real estate
  • Excellent at building rapport
  • Task oriented
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent in google sheets/excel
  • Learning based
  • Google docs
