We are looking for sharp, highly motivated individuals to join our operations. Roles within the operations team require a combination of project management, analytical ability, problem-solving and interpersonal skills to work together with key stakeholders. You'll have the opportunity to work on both strategy and execution - taking projects from idea through to implementation.

In this role, you will work closely with other functional teams including central operations teams, Marketing, Legal, and Business Development. You have a proven track record of success in a Sales, Operations or Account Management role (3-5 years). We’d be really impressed if you’ve worked in the alcohol industry, but we are more impressed by someone who is coachable and really wants to break into a fast-paced, innovative company. That means you embrace failure as a way to get better through repetition.

• Comfortable understanding business needs and identifying growth opportunities
• Familiarity with dashboards and reporting tools to improve productivity and efficiency across the customer lifecycle
• Highly analytical; ability to take any unstructured information & structure it
• Ability to see high-level as well as attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in HubSpot, Excel, and GSuite a plus
• Proven ability to succeed in both collaborative and independent work environments
