The operations manager is the controller for the company. The office manager takes responsibility for making sure the entire office runs smoothly. The operations manager is responsible for all incoming calls to the office including closing inbound calls, scheduling the job, and dispatching the job and all reporting. The candidate must have a positive attitude and be friendly and courteous while projecting a positive image of the company at all times.


  • Day shift hours will be 9:00-5:00
  • Answer all incoming calls
  • Take customer information and quote pricing; up-sell if possible (training provided)
  • Close the sale and create the work order in system
  • Schedule the job and dispatch to the technician
  • Respond to all incoming emails, texts, Yelp and Google my Business
  • Respond to Google Reviews
  • Shop/office Organization and Cleanliness
  • Check and Reconcile employee hours
  • Check on and put in mailbox the thank you cards the technicians write out 
  • Make outbound calls to businesses to help collect data for outbound sales team
  • All other administration duties as required
  • Business number Reports



  • Must be able to sit for extended periods of time.
  • Typing and using the phone
  • Minor lifting

$13 - $17 hourly
