Compensation- $55,000-$60,000/Annually and We offer Insurance and paid vacation

  • Executes the business plan, achieving or exceeding planned P&L objectives
  • Leads, manages and holds the leadership team accountable for achieving agreed-upon commitments
  • Integrates all major operating functions of the business- Ensures everyone is growing together in the same direction
  • Resolves issues effectively- Ensures that everyone is truly following and adhering to the company's core processes and operating systems with consistency.
  • Demonstrates effective project management skills
  • Ensure the company hits daily, weekly, quarterly, and yearly KPIs. Track scorecards, perform metrics reporting and analysis
  • Sets up all systems and ensures proper use and optimization of processes. Evaluate new systems and implement their use
  • Analyze numbers for each person. Help set KPIs for each position and person. Help set proper goals. Hold the team accountable for their KPIs
  • Recruit, hire, and onboard new team members as necessary
  • Evaluate our processes and find inefficiencies- Improve and optimize, automate as much as possible, and evaluate money-saving opportunities


  • 2+ years of management experience 
  • Strong work ethic- lead and take ownership
  • Commitment to making tiny, incremental improvements each day, which will snowball into massive improvements over time
  • Exceptional planning and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and influencing skills
  • Creative thinker with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines
  • Strong computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
