Our law firm is seeking an Operations Manager with two years or more of management experience to join our well-established team. This is our senior management position and reports directly to the owners, influencing all aspects of the firm’s direction and growth. This is an excellent opportunity for professional and personal development within a law firm! This position has management oversight of all firm operations and facilities, accounting and financial activities, marketing direction and development, etc.

Skills for success include excellent attention to detail, accounting and booking, strong written and verbal communications, planning and organization, time-management, and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

A successful Operations Manager has the skill set to rise above all the moving parts, take a high-level view of the company, and establish processes and structure. This involves reducing complexity, creating accountability, being able to systemize, simplify and apply technology to the company’s processes—all while remaining consistent.

Compensation: $40,000 -$50,000/Annually (Based on experience) + Generous performance-based bonuses + Insurance and Paid Vacation!

Responsibilities

  • Help development systems operations to enhance the efficiency of the operations of the practice.
  • Handles all aspects of operations, including QuickBooks, paying utilities, payroll, organizing charitable events, paying company debts/bills, dealing with clients, working with tax consultants, marketing, settlement breakdowns for clients, banking issues, property issues, etc.
  • Resolves issues effectively- seeing real problems, being comfortable with conflict, calling out the problems, and solving the problems in a practical and healthy manner
  • Creates organizational clarity, communication, and consistency.

Qualifications

  • Working experience at a law firm that works primarily in personal injury litigation (two years experience is preferred but not required- we are willing to train the right individual who has management experience)
  • Spanish Speaking Fluency is a MUST
  • Educational background in business management is highly preferred
  • Impeccable organizational and planning skills are a must 
  • Advanced computer and technological skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills 
  • Ability to work well under pressure 
  • Ability to get along with others

Compensation
