• Bank Reconciliation 
• Charging Clients

Employee Management 

• Review Computer Monitoring Software 
• Onboard New Virtual Assistants
• Oversee Recruiters are hitting their Quotas

Client Management

• Speak to Client about billing if needed and Employees 

System Management

• Maintain Project Management Tools
• Maintain Training Material 

Marketing 

• Assist in Website Completion 
• Assist in Marketing Material Development
