Experienced Operations Manager Opportunity to help manage our growing team. You must be a team player, and skilled at leading people and systems. This is a huge opportunity with a 40-50k base plus revenue share, benefits, and stock options potential. You will get paid for each person you hire, based on their production which you oversee. Revenue share is 1% of production or approx 2k-4k per person per year. Our goal is to expand to 5 markets in Montana. Come help our family grow!
