Experienced Operations Manager Opportunity! Your main job will be hiring, onboarding, tracking and managing, training, and agent accountability and streamlining processes. Your #1 job is to grow the business, make agents happy, and increase per agent productivity.
The base pay for this job, is 40-50k. Additional income, is an annual bonus called revenue share for everyone you recruit to the team, you will be paid 1% of their overall production, typically 2000-3000 per agent, per year. There is huge potential here. We have stock options, real estate investments, health insurance, and benefits. We are the largest real estate team/platform in the United States and rivals the size of many franchises. It is a ground floor, and was just valued at over 1B dollars, pre-market.
